Our aim is to make the payment process straightforward and transparent, whether you are booking from Poland, elsewhere in Europe, or another part of the world.

Credit & Debit Cards
Pay securely using major credit and debit cards. Card payments are a convenient option for travellers who prefer to complete their booking online.
Stripe
Stripe can be used to process secure online card payments and supported digital payment methods. Where available, you will receive a secure payment link or checkout option from Monkvana.
PayPal
PayPal provides a convenient way to pay online using your PayPal account or eligible payment methods available through PayPal.
Bank Transfer
You can pay directly by bank transfer using the account details provided by our team. This can be a suitable option for larger payments or travellers who prefer traditional bank payments.
Wise
Wise can be used for eligible international transfers where this payment option is provided. It can be particularly convenient for travellers making payments in different currencies.
Revolut
Revolut may be used for eligible payments or transfers where applicable. Customers using Revolut can make payments according to the instructions provided by our team.

Payment Security
We take payment security seriously. Always use the official payment details or secure payment link provided by Monkvana.
For your protection, never send your full card number, CVV, PIN, password, or online banking credentials to us by email, WhatsApp, or other unsecured channels.
If you receive payment instructions that appear unusual or different from those previously provided, contact Monkvana before making the payment.
Currency & Bank Charges
The payment currency and amount will be clearly stated in your booking or payment instructions. Your bank, card provider, PayPal, Wise, Revolut, or another payment service may apply currency-conversion fees, international transaction charges, or other service fees.
These charges are normally determined by your payment provider and may not be included in the trip price.
Deposits & Balance Payments
Depending on the trip and services booked, we may require a deposit to confirm your booking, with the remaining balance payable by an agreed deadline before departure.
The applicable deposit amount, balance due date, cancellation conditions, and payment terms will be provided with your booking information.
